Refund & Cancellation Policy
Understanding our refund and cancellation guidelines
Policy Overview
Shri Maheshwari Sr. Sec. School has established the following guidelines governing fee refunds and cancellations. Please read carefully before making any payment.
Non-Refundable Fees
Once payment is submitted, funds are retained with limited exceptions for duplicate transactions or technical glitches.
Duplicate Payments
If any payment is made more than once for the same student and same term, the excess amount will be refunded after proper verification.
Technical Errors
When transactions fail but funds are withdrawn, the payment gateway will automatically return amounts within 7–10 working days.
Cancellation Restrictions
Fee once paid cannot be cancelled by the user. However, if any such request arises due to valid reasons, the school management reserves the right to review and decide.
